Customer Strategies International is a specialised consulting business established in 1988 to provide expert advice and “coaching’ to enterprises seeking to move from “product” to “customer” centricity.

Unlike many “consultants” Customer Strategies does not sell, market or is otherwise affiliated with technology vendors, ensuring advice and recommendations are free from bias or influence.

Its principal and Managing Partner, Graeme Jeffrey Boorer is an international “subject matter expert” on customer management and Australia’s pre-eminent, non-technology aligned, independent CRM consultant. Since 1988 he has helped enterprises across seventeen different industries extract the maximum value from their customer initiatives. Consulting to a broad spectrum of chief and senior executives, program managers, line of business heads, departmental managers and users, Graeme mentors executives teams tasked to design and implement “world’s best practice” customer driven marketing, technology and business strategies.

A keen “never graduating” student of customer disciplines, Graeme travels extensively to study and research best thinking and practice on customer behavior, relationship and database marketing, social media, multi channel and direct distribution, interactive, digital and web marketing initiatives. His knowledge, expertise and real life experience gleaned from arguably some of the world’s largest CRM initiatives, make him a sought after speaker, writer and industry commentator.

With forty-four consulting engagement’s experience, Graeme practical, down to earth and pragmatic approach within clear strategic parameters, makes him a valuable extension to management teams assigned to deploy or renovate their customer programs.

A technology strategist, Graeme is fiercely independent of vendors and remains neutral to any alliance with or bias toward one solution or delivery platform. Being “vendor agonistic”, Graeme works with enterprises and their potential suppliers to ensure the right selection, then best implementation in the most cost and time effective project.
