Terms & conditions


Registrations will be accepted strictly in order of receipt and payment. Confirmation of registration will be emailed to each individual delegate within five days of payment. Late registrations are accepted if space allows. Full payment is due before the seminar.

Refunds & Cancellations

You may substitute another delegate in your place at any time before the seminar. Please ammend your booking online with replacement delegates details. Customer Strategies accepts cancellations if received in writing more than twenty-one days before the seminar and will refund monies within seven working days (less booking fees). Delegates who cancel within twenty-one days will receive a credit towards future events (less booking fees).

Meals & Refreshments

Delegate fees include coffee/tea on arrival and morning/afternoon tea. A buffet lunch for each delegate is included. Please advise us in writing of any special dietary requirements and we will make every effort to accommodate your requirements.
