Policies & Conditions
Customer Strategies values the strong relationships that we have or seek to have with our clients and prospects. Hence we have developed comprehensive privacy and on-line security policies. Any company or personal information provided by you in registering for or participating in a Customer Strategies event will be held in the strictest confidence.
Unless directed by you otherwise, this information will only be shared with participating event sponsors. As a consequence, event sponsors may contact some or all individuals listed on the registration after the event. Unless advised otherwise, your registration signifies your explicit agreement to such contact by our sponsors. If you do not wish this information to be passed on to our sponsors, please advise us in writing when you register.
Registrations will be accepted strictly in order of receipt and payment. Confirmation of registration will be emailed to each individual delegate within five days of payment. Late registrations are accepted if space allows. Full payment is due before the seminar.
Refunds & Cancellations
You may substitute another delegate in your place at any time before the seminar. Please ammend your booking online with replacement delegates details. Customer Strategies accepts cancellations if received in writing more than thirty days before the seminar and will refund monies within seven working days (less booking fees). Delegates who cancel within thirty days will receive a credit towards future events (less booking fees).Should Customer Strategies postpone an event due to circumstances beyond its control, it will advise delegates accordingly or if a group booking, provide the program in-house.
Registration fees, except for in-house events, include:
Coffee/tea on arrival & morning refreshments
Buffet lunch:(Please advise us of any special dietary requirements and we will make every effort to accommodate your requirements)
Personal printed copy of the workbook
Electronic copy of presentation (upon email request).
